Studies were made on species diversity, mycobiota, relations between macrofungi and vagetations, evaluation and conservation of endangered species in Hanwula National Nature Reserve in Inner Mongolia in order to make a foundation for further research on species diversity detection, conservation and utilization of macrofungi. For studies on species diversity,More than 800 specimens were studied including 795 were collected by our team and 74 in herbarium. And 308 species were identified including 112 genera,47 families,15 orders,6 classes, and 2 phyla by using morphological and molecular methods Among them,108 species were edible,57species were medicinal,27 species were poisonous and 16 species were new records to China. The species catalogue was arranged according to the taxonomic system of Dictonary of the Fungi(10thedition,2008).For mycobiota,9 families in total which each contains more than 10 species, accounting for 19.15%of the total families, and 215 species containing 64.95%of the total species, including Russulaceae 52 species,Agaricaceae 43 species and Inocybaceae 27 species These families play dominant positions in this region, respectively accounting for 15.71%,12.99%and 8.18%of the total number of species. And 38 families were less than 10 species, accounting for 80.85%of the total families,116 species containing 35.05%of the total species, occuping a subordinate position in this region. And 17 dominant genera contain more than 5 species accounting for15.18%of the total genera, and 188 species accounting for 56.80%of the total species. In the respect of the floristic composition,a total of 133 species were cosmopolitan accounting for 40.18%of the total species,117 species were distributed in north-temperate zone accounting for 35.34%.In addition, species of Eurasia,North temperate-Australia occupy some proportion, but cosmopolitan species and the north-temperate were dominant.By making analysis between macrofungi and different vegetation types, species diversity of macrofungi change obiviously in 7typical vegetation types which indicated that different habitats have a great influence on the distribution of macrofungi. The results of flora simlarity analysis showed that macrofungal flora of Hanwula was most similar to the Saihanwula, and Daqinggou and Great khinggan mountains are in the second place. We made studies on evaluation and conservation of endangered macrofungi using delphi methods and analytic hierarchy process?AHP?in order to establish a better evaluation system to conserve macrofungi in this nature reserve. And 105species were examined. The results showed that 3 were critically endangered,4 were endangering,9 were vulnerable,14 were in low risk, and 75 were safe. What's more,7 belonged to the first class conservation,10 belonged to the second,17 belonged to the third,58 belonged to delayed conservation and 13 belonged to data deficient species.
