Studies On Macrofungi Diversity In The Bailang Mountain National Nature Reserve,Liaoning Province

In this paper,the species diversity of macrofungi,relationship between plant community and macrofungi and floristic composition of macrofungi in Bailang mountain National Nature Reserve of Liaoning province were studied,which provided the basic research of the development and utilization of macrofungi for the reserve.Macrofungus resources are very rich in the Bailang mountain.500 specimens were collected and 211 species were identified,which belong to 4 classes,18 orders,50 families and 113 genera.27 new records of Liaoning Province and 2 new records of China were included in the specimen.Among the specimens,there are 69 species of edible fungi,26 species of medicinal fungi,9 species of edible and medicinal fungi and 15 species of poisonous fungi which were identified.The macrofungus catalogue of the Bailang mountain was compiled in the light of the ‘Dictionary of the Fungi'10th.According to the characteristics of plant community in the Bailang mountain,the plant groups were divided into five including Deciduous broad-leaved mixed forest(I),coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest(II),Pinus tabuliformis forest(III),larch forest(IV)and bush(V).? diversity was used to analyze the effect of plant community on macrofungi.The results showed that the richness of macrofungi was I>II> III> IV> V.The distribution of species and the number of fruiting bodies were significantly different with different plant communities.Through the research of macrofungus floristic composition and geographical distribution in Bailang mountain,local macrofungus mainly composed of word-wilde species and north temperate species were found.There are 4 dominant families including Polyporaceae,Agaricaceae,Tricholomataceae and Marasmiaceae,which totally had 64 species accounting for 30.20% of the total number.There are 14 genera including Marasmius,Agaricus,Russula,Mycena,Lepiota,Amanita,Enotomola,Trametes,Hygrocybe,Inocybe,Pluteus,Pholiota,Clitocybe and Gymnopus which totally had 78 species accounting for 39.15% of the total number.Similarity comparison of macrofungi in the Bailang Mountain and other six areas were conducted by using Szymkiewicz coefficient.The similarity coefficient wasperformed as Xianrendong>Xiaowutai mountain>Fenglin>Shihu>Daqinggou>Yiwulv mountain.Results showed that the macrofungi of BaiLang Mountain is closely related to the macrofungi of XianRendong.There is a certain relationship of origin of flora between the macrofungi of the two areas.
