Species diversity, flora diversity and relation between season and forest vegetation in theXianrendong National nature Reserve of Liaoning province were studied systematically in thispaper.More than390specimens were collected in the Nature Reserve, and189species wereidentified, which belonged to99genera,47families,15orders and4classes. Among them173species from2classes,11orders,37classes,86genera belong to Basidiomycota;16speciesfrom2classes,4orders,10families,13genera belong to Ascomycota. There are5newrecord species to Liaoning Province.The result of the flora diversity study indicated that there rich fungi floras in XianrendongNational nature Reserve. Agaricaceae, Russulaceae, Tricholomataceae, Amanitaceae,Strophariaceae with77species,41.62percentage of the mount of macrofungi in LiaoningXianrendong National nature Reserve, belonged to the families which were not less than10species. Six genera which contain more than5species,43species in all, and occupied23.24%.The result of flora simlarity compare indicated that fungi flora of Liaoning XianrendongNational nature Reserve is very similar to that of the Changbai mountain, is secondary similarto Daqinggou nature reserve, Xiaowutai Mountain, and is far from Xiaoxinganling.The relationships between macrofungi diversity and forest vegetation, season were mailystudied. Vegetation of Liaoningxianrendong National Nature Reserve was classified intoⅠtype, Ⅱ type, Ⅲ type, Ⅳtype. Research shows that Macrofungi diversity were greatlyrelated to plant community of Liaoningxianrendong National Nature Reserve. Macrofungi ineach plant community occupied47.62%,28.04%,29.62%,11.12%of the total number speciesof Xiaorendong Nature Reserve. The species of macrofungi were not the same in differentplant communities and the diversity of macrofungi were distinct.The study of seasonalchanges showed that the majority of macrofungi occurred from May to October, and thenumber of Species increased gradually from May to August. It reached its peak in August,then decressed.
