This thesis makes a primary study on the species diversity,floristic composition,the correlation between macrofungi and plant communities and the resources of edible and medicinal fungi in Tanggou Greenstone Valley national forest park,Benxi,Liaoning Province.A total of 841 specimens of macrofungi are collected from June 2017 to October 2018.One hundred and eighty-one species belong to 2 phyla,6 classes,15 orders,50 families and 102 genera are identified by traditional morphological classification combined with molecular biological techniques,including 10 new records species in Liaoning Province,Agaricus dolichopus,Rhodotus palmatus,Simocybe centunculus,Rhodocybe popinalis,Tetrapyrgos nigripes,Hygrophoropsis aurantiaca,Paxillus cuprinus,Dictyophora indusiata,Cookeina tricholoma,Verpa bohemica.A Northeast New Record species Amanita chepangiana,A new record speices of China Calocybe obscurissima.It has 72 species of edible fungi resources,17 species of medicinal fungi resources,and 26 species of toxic fungi.The study find that macrofungi has significant correlation with different plant communities by dividing research areas into five plots.The plot(I)is deciduous broad-leaved forest dominated by Acer buergerianum,Acer elegantulum,Acer mono.The plot(II)is still deciduous broad-leaved forest,but dominated by Juglans mandshurica,Fraxinus mandschurica,Quercus mongolica.The plot(III)is coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest,plot(IV)is coniferous forest,and plot(V)is shrub forest.In specific,species survey show that the order of species number of macrofungi in plots I,II,III,IV and V is: I > II > IV > III > V.Gini index show that the concentration of species in plot II is the highest,and the others are in the order of I > IV > III > V.The result of Gleason richness index show that the order from high to low is I > II > IV > III > V,which is consistent with the results of intuitive collection.Shannon-wiener diversity index show that the order of diversity in the five plots is II > I > IV > III > V.Pielou evenness index show that although the species in plot I are richest and the evenness is lower,it indicates that some species have formed the population advantage in the plot I.The number of species will double when the sample is set to 17 m × 17 m,by calculating the population and area formula.Comparing with Haitangshan National Nature Reserve of Liaoning Province,Quanshuidong Forest Farm of Jilin Province and Yichun District of Heilongjiang Province,the result find that the similarity between the study area and Haitangshan Mountain System is the highest,followed by Yichun District of Heilongjiang Province and finally Jilin Quanshuidong Forest Farm.
