Investigation And Research On Community Reading Of Urban Residents In My Country

Since the “World Book Day” proposed by UNESCO,the concept of national reading has gradually been valued by the Central Committee of the CPC.In 2016,the outline of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China called for "promoting national reading" and listed it as one of the major cultural projects in the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,advocating and popularizing national reading,to elevate national reading to the level of national cultural strategy.In the same year,the National reading Development Plan for the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan was promulgated as the nation's first national “national reading” plan,further promote national reading into the countryside,into the community,into the family,into the school,into the institution,into the enterprise,into the barrack,make national reading activity really go deep into the grassroots and deepen the masses.Community reading is an important part of national reading,and the lack of community reading is not a complete national reading.However,there are still many problems in community reading of urban residents in China,and the status quo of community reading needs to be improved.In view of this,the purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation and existing problems of community reading of urban residents in China under the background of national reading,and then put forward targeted suggestions in order to promote the in-depth development of community reading.This study mainly includes the following four parts:The first part discusses the origin of the research,the purpose and significance of the research,reviews and summarizes the existing research results of residents' community reading in the context of national reading,clearly clarifies the research ideas and research methods,and defines related concepts.In the second part analyzes and deals with the questionnaire about the current situation of community reading of urban residents in China,and introduces the selection and distribution of samples,the design and compilation of questionnaires,and the distribution and recovery of questionnaires.Through the analysis of the collected questionnaires,we have a preliminary understanding of the current status of urban residents' community reading in China.The third part,based on the questionnaire survey results,combined with the interview data,the authors analyzed the problems of urban residents' community reading in China from the perspectives of residents themselves,communities,media and governments.The fourth part,based on the above investigation and analysis results,points out that the urban residents' community reading should be promoted from many aspects,through the jointefforts of the residents themselves,the community,the media and the government.Specifically,Strengthen residents' reading awareness and improve community participation in reading;optimize the community reading environment,create a strong atmosphere of books;Strengthen the media's publicity and guidance on community reading;Strengthen guidance support from the government and its related departments.
