Trust is the foundation of collective communication.It plays a fundamental role in interpersonal communication and can determine the existence of relationships.The lack of trust can easily lead to communication crises.The lack of trust can easily lead to a trust crisis between people;from the perspective of community participation,it is higher The trust of the residents will increase the residents' community participation and be more proactively integrated into the community governance.The current urban community residents lack deep interpersonal relationships within the community,the relationship between neighbors is indifferent,and the crisis of trust within the community is gradually deepening.Participatory communication encourages the public to participate in optimizing the structure of social power,and emphasizes that stakeholders rely on the media to realize dialogue and horizontal communication to promote the implementation of community development programs.The use of We Chat within the community has become the norm.Residents participate in community governance with the help of the community We Chat platform,forming a new interactive structure between residents,media platforms and administrative forces,and promoting the innovation of urban community governance models.Therefore,to regard community trust as the communication effect of community We Chat within the community,and to analyze the specific logic of community trust in the use of community We Chat has certain practical significance.This article focuses on whether the use of community We Chat will have an impact on community trust,and the internal mechanism of this impact.The premise of this research is that the grassroots community is the foundation for cultivating a culture of trust and participation.More and more urban residents use community We Chat to pay attention to the situation in their communities and try to regain their trust.In order to more comprehensively outline the relationship between community We Chat use and community trust.This research puts forward a structural model based on grounded theory,which divides residents' community We Chat use into passive use and active use.The former emphasizes pure information browsing,the latter emphasizes the nature of interaction,and pays more attention to users' self-expression and willingness to participate;at the same time,the community trust is divided into community interpersonal trust and community organization trust according to the different objects,and how the two different uses are constructed with the trust of the local embedded community.The study found that although the owner's We Chat group is the main venue for residents to participate in community governance,the community's We Chat still has the dilemma of high knowledge efficiency and low usage,and community trust is not high.And through the structural equation model verification,whether it is active or passive use,it will have an impact on the community interpersonal trust of urban community residents and the trust of community organizations;The passive use of community We Chat has no significant impact on perceived interactivity and community efficacy,active use significantly positively affects the community interpersonal trust and community organization trust of urban community residents;At the same time,it is found that perceptual interactivity and community efficacy play a chain-like intermediary role in the influence of active community We Chat use on community trust.Among them,perceived interactivity is a short-term stimulus factor that affects community trust by active community We Chat use,and community efficacy is a long-term driving factor that sustains this impact,and perceptual interactivity and community efficacy play a chain-like intermediary role in the influence of active community We Chat use on community trust.Finally,this article interviews from the perspective of community governance,and combines the research results to summarize the management enlightenment of using community We Chat to improve the trust of urban residents from the perspectives of perceived interactivity and community efficacy.It is hoped that the use and operation of community We Chat can be optimized to improve the city.The trust of residents in the community promotes collaborative governance in the community.
