Nationwide reading has always been a hot topic,and it is an enduring public undertaking.If a country loses reading,the whole country will lose its vitality and fall into a cultural crisis.Deepening national reading has become a social task and a knowledge.Good reading habits and reading skills are conducive to promoting the development of national reading.To make reading a habit,the promotion of reading is essential.In the reading promotion activities for urban residents,all the reading promotion subjects play an active role in promoting the construction of the scholarly town.This paper investigates the current situation of reading promotion activities for urban residents and discusses the service strategies of reading promotion.In this way,urban residents' satisfaction with the activity can be improved.Put forward Suggestions to promote the construction of shuxiang town.The composition of this paper is as follows:The first part is the introduction.First introduced the purpose,the background,the significance.Then on the basis of reading a variety of literature,found the existing literature experience and shortcomings.The research contents and methods are proposed.The second part focuses on the relevant theories and concepts to be applied in this paper.This part discusses the four concepts and theories of reading promotion,customer satisfaction theory,Laswell 5W model and structural equation.It provides a theoretical basis for the writing of this paper.The third part is the focus of this paper.Firstly,the urban reading promotion model was constructed,and then variables were selected according to the government work report,a large number of literatures and the urban residents' reading promotion model.Combined with latent variables and observational variables,a reading promotion satisfaction model for urban residents was constructed.Then the relevant assumptions are made.The fourth part is the process of questionnaire survey and data collection.The principles of questionnaire design were explained,and the questionnaires were distributed in a combination of offline and online methods.Conduct a descriptive analysis of the sample characteristics.The fifth part examines the validity and reliability of the questionnaire.Carry on the demonstration analysis,carry on the fitting revision to the initial model.According to the results,relevant Suggestions to improve reading promotion satisfaction are obtained.The sixth part is the summary and prospect.After a series of research analysis,combined with the corresponding data results for analysis and summary.At last,it points out the deficiency of the research and clarifies the further development and research direction.The reading promotion activities for urban residents should improve the service quality of the promoters,optimize the activity environment,cultivate high-quality reading service objects and other methods to improve the satisfaction of the participants.
