Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the development of China's Internet economy,paper media represented by magazines and newspapers have been greatly affected.The circulation has been declining and the development status is not optimistic.The integration of Internet + new media is impacting the authority of paper media.In 2003,the State Council issued the "Notice on the two regulations of the General Office of the State Council on supporting the development of cultural industries and the transformation of business culture institutions into enterprises in the pilot reform of the cultural system," which led to the re-construction of some magazines with financial support.Profit-loss enterprises,these magazines with financial support in the past often have imperfect management systems and cannot adapt to market competition.The market share of many magazines is steadily declining,and the living space is further compressed.As the first batch of magazines to be transformed into enterprises,Times FinanceMagazine also faces the situation that the management mechanism,especially the performance management system,does not adapt to market competition.As a self-financing enterprise,the most prominent problem faced by Times FinanceMagazine is the lack of performance management awareness.The performance management system is unscientific and imperfect.The orientation of performance appraisal is not clear,and the incentive is not prominent enough.Therefore,this paper is very necessary and necessary for the research on the performance management system of Times FinanceMagazine.Research on the magazine's performance management system is conducive to the further development of the magazine's business,expanding its living space in the Internet's large media integration environment,and thus promoting the magazine's market share.This paper firstly expounds the background and significance of the performance management analysis of domestic publishing houses and the corresponding domestic and international research status.Then it thoroughly interprets the theory of performance management analysis,and uses this as the analysis of Time Financial.The basis of the magazine's performance management research;afterwards,this paper analyzes the current situation of Times Finance Magazine,summarizes the problems faced by the enterprise after restructuring,and analyzes the difficulties it encounters.Finally,the paper combines the above theories.Based on the problems of the "Times Finance Magazine,and the existence of "the industry's human resources management mechanism is not perfect,the editors flow frequently,the brain department has a serious brain drain",and so on,the "human resource management foundation" is put forward.A series of solutions,such as the reform of the salary and welfare system,to improve the human resources and performance management system of the Times Finance Magazine,and promote its further development after the restructuring.
