"Research On Achievements Appraisal System of Media’s Human Resources Management"discussed the mode and the method of the performance assessment for media human resources management according to the reality of China’s media industrialization development needs. This study analyzed each factor determining the performance assessment for media human resource management work, and constructed the media human resource management performance assessment by applying qualitative and quantitative research methods such as Expert advice and AHP method. Combination of questionnaire survey and local interviews, this study compared the performance assessment for human resources management of two provincial newspapers in A province and analyzed the factors affecting the performance assessment for human resource management,finally gave the countermeasures and suggestions for this.A new round of reform of cultural system, could be divided into public media and business media, which accelerated the development of media industrialization. It is necessary to set up modern enterprise system to adapt to the market competition environment and match the modern human resource management assessment for a bigger and stronger media. While the industrialization development road is inevitable. For business media in the transformation period, its human resource management is also in the replacement of old stage. Human resource management faced with the complex environment and tasks.It has not only the prototype of the modern human resource management,but also the shadow of many traditional personnel management. Meanwhile, both the enterprise staff and enterprise employees are the main components of the media. The purpose for establishing performance assessment for media human resource management is to able to work on the media human resource management to make scientific evaluation and provide some guidance to improve human resources management.Scientific methods are important for establishing performance assessment for media human resource management such as experts method and analytic hierarchy process which are used for enterprise decision. This study wants to construct a performance assessment by these two methods which can uniform dispersion views, make some complex problems mathematical and form a single and easy solution. Establishing the performance assessment for media human resource management is based on expert opinion and focus on mathematical assessment procedure.Solving real problems is the main purpose to establish the performance assessment. It can be found from the study that the performance assessment of S newspaper is better than W. The reason is mainly including the single structure of staff knowledge and skills, unreasonable performance assessment and the lack of pressure persuation mechanism. Both the historical reason and imperfect real system construction caused these problems. This study will put forward some suggestions for the insufficiency of the media human resource management, and hope that can provide some useful guidance to the transformation of traditional personnel management to modern human resource management.
