Soa-based Zhejiang University Of Finance Human Resource Management System And Implementation

The development of information technology in higher educations has taken on a rapid speed. The informatization at universities includes teaching and management at all levels, and the management of human resources is a critical component. Universities have been building up campuses at many different regions under the strong pressure for expansion in both student population and education specialties. This development further raises demand on the management of human resources. A comprehensive management system for human resources that could fully realize creative potentials in all faculty and staff is a critical aspect for quality learning, university operation and higher standard of education in general.I have studied the current state of university management system for human resources and the ongoing development at 14 institutions of higher education located in the University Town in my area. In particular I have investigated the principle of SOA service oriented framework, Web Service technology and modern management concepts for human resources. I employ information technology, management and system sciences to research and develop an advanced efficient information management system for human resources.In this thesis I will first introduce the basic concepts from SOA principle and several key technologies for Web Services, followed by more detailed discussion on SOA realization, and the development, release and client usage of Web Services under the NET platform. After analyzing the current state and future demand of the information management of human resources at University environment, I proposed a modular structure development for an information management system for human resources at universities based on SOA human resource management framework using the NET platform.
