The Study Of Enterprise's Human Resource Performance Management And Construction Of The Information System

With the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, human resources management gradually rises to the height of the corporate strategy. Enterprises are concerned about how to promote the performance, and ultimately help achieve their strategic goals by HR performance management.This paper first introduces related theories, analyzes the development status of enterprise human resources performance management at home and abroad, and in view of the problem existed in enterprises HR performance management widely, proposes the performance management system based on BSC and 360 degree feedback.For example of manufacturing enterprises in domestic, constructing the performance indicators of staff and manager in some departments through job analysis, and using Analytic Hierarchy Process to set weight and key performance indicators determination. By selection of KPI and allocation of performance rating,providing a reference ground of decision-making.Information technology accelerates the process of the development of performance management flow .Based on the system of performance indicators has constructed, this paper uses the platform of PHP programming language combining MySQL database and Apache server, develops a B/S model enterprise HR performance management information system. The application of the system can enhance the quality of high effect and impartiality, and it has a very important meaning on promoting the development of enterprise HR performance management, achieving the information management of enterprise HR performance management, and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises.
