A Preliminary Study On The Change Of Human Resources In Shanghai Books Publishing In Modern Times (1930 To Present)

Initial exploration on the transition of the human resources in the book industry of Shanghai since modern times(1930to present)gives an overview of the broadly described the book publishing of Shanghai since the1930s of the last century by integrating use of history, sociology, communications, management and other related theories and research methods. Not only this, but_it also made a basic summarize on the circumstances of the publishing organization, the human resources of publishing and the management of publishing for the various historical periods. On these bases, it focus on the investigation and research of practitioners and management systems for the Commercial Press,Chung Hwa Book Co.,KaiMing Bookstore since1930as well as two municipal Publishing and a comprehensive university publishing community since the reform and open policy time. Finally, the research paper ultimately settled in the word "transition", giving rise to the thinking of today’s book publishing human resources through the analysis and comparison on the change and the development of human resources for the over80years in the book industry in Shanghai.
