The backward mode of human resource management has restricted the development of the company; attendance management data processing efficiency is low, the accuracy is poor; the company training plan and training personnel information statistics and the lack of systematic management; performance appraisal manual assessment, management cost is high; the certificate dispersion, no uniform filing, inspection certificate not timely remind. Human resources management system goal is to face the human resources management personnel at all levels, information technology platform to build a complete implementation of human management thought and management process, to meet the development trend of HR management in information age.This paper combines human management in the new specification describes the current human resources management mode of management, its core management core is to realize "management first, executive floor". Through the communication of management to improve the efficiency, avoid duplication of work, in order to improve the efficiency of human capital, human resource managers can focus of work will be devoted to a higher level, such as more creative human resources strategic planning. There is an important significance to the healthy development of enterprises.Functions of the human resource management system developed in this paper to achieve the integration of human resource services cover the most common, the main functions include: organization management, personnel management, wage management, attendance management, recruitment management, training management, performance management, human resources and employee self service provided statistical analysis, training and certificate management.This system mainly consider the use of Web technology, in the actual development, presentation layer using HTML5+CSS+Javascript, the business layer and the logic layer using the J2 EE services architecture, finally data layer using relational database, a design based on the three layer system architecture of the B/S structure, through the unified management and permission assignment, administrators at all levels of inputting initial data human resources, each module according to the role by the person responsible for the management of. The whole project life cycle according to the software development project management requirements in practice, complete the system feasibility analysis and demand analysis and detailed enough, using V development model; must be in the outline design and detailed design stage output unit test cases and integration test case, milepost guarantee of each stage can effectively control; after the realization of the system, are the performance testing, the indicators of concurrency, reliability reaches the design.
