Research On The Value Of Open Government Data From The Public Perspective

In the era of big data,the importance of government data is increasingly prominent,and opening up government data has become an important strategy in the international world.In the past decade,through the efforts of various countries,the open government data work has achieved good results,and many countries have benefited from this and tasted the fruits of open data.Compared with developed countries,although China's open government data has officially become a national strategy and plays an extremely important role,it is still in the primary stage,which needs scientific theoretical guidance and top-level design to be improved urgently.The research on the value of open government data can help to build and improve the relevant theories of open government data work,but so far there are very few such researches.This paper studies the value of open government data based on the public perspective,which has the following meanings.First,it constructs the value framework and theoretical model through the value of the public perspective,so as to provide theoretical guidance for China's open government data work.Second,to help understand the status quo and shortcomings of the open government data work in China,and to provide Suggestions for the improvement of the future work;Third,it is conducive to further developing the value of government data and helping the public to understand and obtain more value.To sum up,it is very necessary to conduct this study,which can play a guiding role in the overall situation and provide a foundation for the realization of the goal and value of open government data.This study is mainly divided into four parts.The first part is the basic research,which elaborates the background and significance of the research,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and defines the relevant concepts.The second part discusses the methods and steps to explore the value in the view of the public,get 21 public view the value of the initial category,realize the status quo of our country open government data work,and built a according to the results of the coding system of the core value of mechanism model,and finally come to a conclusion: macroscopic and microscopic value transform is an integral whole.The third part discusses the public view of open government data value developmentstrategy,through the comparative analysis,understanding of the public understanding of open government data value in our country,the work of open government data on the basis of analysis of China's problems,and put forward the corresponding improvement strategies: at four o 'clock to create a cultural atmosphere,open government data,encourage enterprises to accelerate the development of open government data process and the development team to develop data communication,and promote the public and the government,the countermeasures and provide guidance for open government data work,to open a further release data value.The last part summarizes the research results and deficiencies of the whole paper,and looks forward to the future.This study can optimize the current open government data work in China,provide a good reference for the formulation of policies,and stimulate the generation of more value.
