Research On Problems And Strategies Of Archives Data Opening Based On Government Data Open Platform

Currently,China’s government data opening is in a white-hot stage,and archives departments need to accelerate the opening of archival data to assist in the opening of government data and meet the public’s demand for the use of government data.This article first sorts out relevant research on archival data openness at home and abroad,defines relevant concepts of government data and government data openness,archival data and archival data openness,and conducts research based on open government theory and archival value theory;Secondly,theoretical analysis of archival data openness based on government data openness is conducted,and the necessity and practical support for archival data openness are proposed;Then establish an evaluation framework that conforms to the openness of archival data in China,and use this framework to investigate the current situation of archival data openness in various provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities across the country;Then,it summarizes and analyzes the current situation and points out the existing problems in the policy environment,data foundation,data utilization,and other aspects of China’s archival data opening.Finally,targeted strategies are proposed from three aspects: the policy environment for archival data opening,the infrastructure construction for archival data opening,and the efficiency of archival data opening and utilization.
