Evaluation Of The Openness Of China's Government Open Data Under The Big Data Environment

The era of big data,many countries in the world had enhance to the national development strategy with open government data,various countries want to catch the opportunity in the new challenges of open data,and be a strong part,our country in the context of "promoting the outline issued a big data development action"(hereinafter referred to as the "Outline"),put forward to build a unified national open platform in 2018.Now the provinces have continued operation and the establishment of open government data platform,but the data is on the platform of open uneven,in order to better understand the data of China's open government,this paper is mainly through the establishment of a complete evaluation system of our current open data level,open the platform level and open data policy on three aspects of the evaluation scoring on China's Beijing,Shanghai,Zhejiang Province,Guizhou Province,nine provinces and cities in the open platform for the evaluation research of 10 indicators of the opening situation,obtained the present situation data of China's open government,also selected China's open data development good place--Guizhou Province as an outstanding case review data obtained through the study on Evaluation of resource integration in our country at present open data are chaotic,flat The construction of Taiwan is not standard and the relevant policies are not perfect,and puts forward some feasible suggestions for these problems.
