Research On The Public Satisfaction Evaluation System Of Government Open Data Based On Rough Set

In the era of big data,government open data can produce great social benefits and economic value through the full use of the public,which has become a research hotspot in recent years.Compared with the Western developed countries,our government Open data work started late,Although a lot of work has been done,there are still some deficiencies in the scope,quantity,format and utilization of open data.Therefore,the study of public satisfaction of government open data is conducive to promoting the in-depth use of open data,promoting social development and economic growth,and has a good theoretical significance and practical guiding role.On the basis of systematically summarizing the relevant theoretical achievements of open data,public satisfaction evaluation,rough set and entropy weight method at home and abroad,this paper studies the basic concepts and evaluation system elements of open data public satisfaction evaluation,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.Using rough set method to deal with the uncertainty of evaluation index,using entropy method to determine the weight objectively,this paper explores the public satisfaction evaluation system of government Open data with "public as the center",in order to promote the development of open data work in our country.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly,by combing the relevant research on government open data and public satisfaction at home and abroad,it is found that the current research rarely analysis the satisfaction of government open data from the user's perspective;And the paper combs the methods commonly used to study public satisfaction,and finds that compared with the common methods such as hierarchical analysis and principal component analysis,rough set theory has strong objectivity and does not need prior knowledge.It can also deal with uncertainty issues and other advantages.Therefore,the idea of using rough set method to construct public satisfaction evaluation system of government Open data is put forward theoretically.Secondly,the paper constructs the conceptual model of public satisfaction with government open data.Based on the theory of public satisfaction and related support theory,this paper combs the influencing factors of public satisfaction of government open data,probes into the structural relationship between potential variables,establishes an initial evaluation system of public satisfaction of government open data,and constructs a conceptual model of public satisfaction of government open data.Thirdly,the paper constructs the public satisfaction evaluation model of government Open data.Guided by the government open data public satisfaction conceptual model,the questionnaire data obtained as the research sample,the rough set method is used to attribute the initial evaluation index system,and the evaluation system of the government open data public satisfaction is determined.In addition,the entropy weight method is used to empower the determined evaluation index syst;em.Therefore,the public satisfaction evaluation model of government Open data is constructed and verified.Finally,the paper proposes suggestions for improving the public satisfaction of government open data.According to the results of empirical research,the government's open data public satisfaction-importance quadrant is drawn,and the important influencing factors of satisfaction are identified.Based on this,suggestions for improving the public satisfaction of government open data are put forward.
