Research On Public Library Data Opening Under The Background Of Government Data Opening

From ancient times to the present,the library has evolved from the collection to the library,and its functions have been continuously improved with the development of the society.Today's libraries are important places to use cultural knowledge and various information,and play an important role in social development.With the continuous development and widespread application of the Internet and various emerging technologies,the disclosure of government data is obviously an inevitable result of social development.The emergence of government data openness has made data resources increasingly important.This has more or less affected every industry,and libraries are no exception.In the context of government data openness,to meet the needs of social development and the needs of users,libraries must open relevant data according to their needs.This article first analyzes the positioning of libraries in the context of government data opening,and then explains the library's guarantee mechanism when data is opened.Later,the form of questionnaires was used,and the combination of online surveys and field surveys,and the analysis of the reliability and validity of the questionnaires,analyzed the actual participation of libraries in the context of government data opening.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for libraries to participate in government data opening and data opening,hoping to serve as a reference and reference.
