With the increase of enterprise operating costs,the pressure faced by small and medium-sized enterprises is increasing.Only by creating stronger competitiveness can they have better living space.Reducing the cost of enterprise operation and improving the efficiency of execution are important measures to speed up enterprise development and improve competitiveness.In the operation cost of enterprises,human resources have become the most active and value-added factor.The key to success or failure of enterprises is to achieve effective management of human resources and improve the efficiency of human resources utilization.The goal of this paper is to design the human resource management system,focus on improving the efficiency of human resource management,so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the development of enterprises.In order to better design an efficient and practical human resources management system,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the relevant knowledge and theoretical basis of human resources management,and provides better knowledge support and theoretical basis for the design of human resources management system.In order to better select the development technology of human resource management system,the current software system is analyzed from the aspects of software modeling,database design,software programming design,page design and so on.According to the needs of human resource management,the appropriate system modeling,function design and implementation technology are selected.Different industries in small and medium-sized enterprises have different needs for human resources management.In order to find out their common needs for human resources management,this paper analyses the current human resources situation of small and medium-sized enterprises from different perspectives,finds out their common needs,builds a systematic model according to the actual situation of local small and medium-sized enterprises,and designs a practical human resources management system use case.Graph.According to the use case diagram of human resources system,the specific functions of the system are determined,and the overall function diagram of the system is designed.On the basis of completing the overall function design of the human resources management system,in order to realize the human resources mana gement system,it is necessary to further design the overall function in detail.Firstly,each function of the system is analyzed,and the function is designed in detail by using sequence diagram.Then the data requirement of the system is analyzed.According to the data requirement of the system,the data model of the system is established by ER model,and the data table of the system is designed by ER model diagram.In order to implement human resource management system efficiently,Tomcat Web server,SQL Server database and human resource management system database are built according to JSP development technology.According to the result of system function analysis,JSP is used to write code to realize system function,and CSS and DIV are used to design system pages.After completing the coding and page design,the running environment of the system is deployed to further test the system.At the end of this paper,the development process of human resource management system is reviewed and summarized,the problems of the system are analyzed,the improvement measures and the development direction of software system are put forward.
