In the port trade in the context of expanding the application of informationtechnology to the port enterprises, construction of information, to better serve theenterprise management work, become important issues facing the port enterprises. PortEnterprise Human Resource Management as an important part of management isdirectly related to the enterprise’s operational efficiency and market competition.This Thesis, the use of software engineering methods and ideas are given humanresource management port implementation of information technology in theconstruction of reasonable solution. This program with the SQL Server databaseconcepts combine and use the ASP.NET technology as the basis, but also in the VisualStudio platform using the B/S three-tier model to achieve human resource managementsystem implementation and construction work. Thesis on human resource managementservices and expand its business base design and development work carried outthoroughly implement the following modules reached, compensation management,payroll management, management of labor contracts, employee informationmanagement, performance management and other aspects of the management offunctional modules. Thesis work for the overall architecture of the system design,business process analysis and design of various functional modules, and for therealization of the database provides a specific design solution, followed by parts of thesystem function module also provides implementation, and finally in the following twocontent, from the performance of the test and the functional aspects of the test systemdescribed test system to verify the correct function.Currently, the port of human resource management system has been in the TianjinPort Group officially runs from the health point of view, the use of the system toimprove the efficiency of human resource management has a direct role in promotingthe Group’s internal human resources management standardization and systematizationand standardization also has application value.
