University personnel work is complex, usually takes up a lot of the cost of human resources management, human resources management system in Colleges and universities can make personnel can work more efficiently, saving management energy make the strategic development of colleges and universities to achieve better; at the same time, the formation and implementation of the control needs to statistics and analysis of human resource management data based the strategic decision, enhance the possibility to realize the goal of the.This paper firstly introduces the related content of the concept of workflow and workflow engine, introduces the composition and classification, UML DELPHI development tools, SQLSERVER2005 database and ADO database access technology, and then analyze the feasibility from the economic and technical analysis, functional requirements analysis and non functional requirements, the architecture design, code design, security design, database design and implementation of the human resource management system. The overall use of C/S architecture of the system, using component technology, UML technology, workflow technology, and the use of SQLSERVER technology to design and implement.This paper focuses on the modules of human resource management system of university functions, including: daily management basic information management, personnel information management, salary information management, system. The information management mainly include: basic information management, position type Title type management, department management, political affiliation, education management, people management and personnel management; information management covers all aspects of the university personnel management, and its main functions include the new staff registration, personnel management and wage information management is mainly; for the issuance of wage calculation, university staff, reward, punishment of employee information, including salary information management, staff management, staff management, reward punishment expired data processing, the establishment of a new month wages; daily management system is the need for authenticated to log on to the human resources management system, the system must be legitimate the users, different users with different functional authority, the user can restore and backup of data, can also modify the password, so as to protect the data security, including user information management, database of initial information settings and data backup and recovery. Each module has a close correlation with the data, so when the database is designed, I fully consider the data efficiently, reduce data redundancy.
