Design And Implementation Of Human Resources Management System Based On ExtJs Technology

With the growing scale of enterprises, human resources management is becominga complex and meticulous work. Currently, on dealing with staff’ wages, job title,duties, etc., we need to repeatedly look up the records and related documents, whichcauses material retrieval difficulties information redundancy degree, and effects theHuman Resources Information management inconvenience, seriously restricting thedevelopment of enterprises. In order to solve the problems of human resourcesmanagement, we designed a system for the company. Human Resources ManagementSystem Based on EXTJS Technology adapt to the company’s development, therealization of group-based information management, the corporate sectormanagement, Human Resources management, attendance management, informationmanagement salaries and other benefits management, report management, roles andpermissions management. The system is easy to interact with, safe and effectiveHuman Resources management system. The system basically reached the HumanResources information management from time and geographical constraints, reducingthe personnel data redundancy, improve personnel management information level. Themain contents of this paper are:(1)Analyzed the characteristics of domestic and other human resourcesmanagement system and the existing shortcomings, combined with the actual situationof enterprises and personnel management, proposed to development Human ResourcesManagement System Based on EXTJS Technology, finished the system design andfunctional development work.(2) Presented a detailed needs analysis based on the different roles, using UMLmodeling for system designing, discussed and analyzed some key technologies, suchas B/S mode, EXTJS rich client technology, MVC hierarchical design ideas anddatabase technology.(3) Presented the overall design of the human resources management systemsolutions, implementation and application analysis, and validated the prototypesystem can basically meet the enterprise’s personnel management.The system can rapidly development, has a clear overall structure which isconducive to reuse and collaborative development. At the same time the system hasgood scalability and user-friendly experience by using ExtJs rich client technology,strengthens the friendly user interface operations.
