Research On Software Project Management Method In Agile

With the continuous development of computer technology,software projects havebeen growing from the original single business,fixed requirements and simpleimplementation to the current cross industries,complicated and variable demand andintegration of a variety of technologies.How to respond to the customers' variousdemands with the most rapid speed and deliver them the products with high qualityand satisfaction in the fierce market competition has become a key factor affecting thesuccess of the software project.So the project management of the software is beingput forward to higher requirements,a kind of lightweight methodology "agile" therefore has come into being.Based on its methods,Agile puts forward the valuesand principles for the software development team to make the team work fast andrespond to changes quickly in the current situation.Agile methods emphasis onpeople-oriented,focusing on the delivery to the customer with the most valuablesoftware in a highly collaborative approach using iterative way of incrementaldevelopment,often use feedback thinking,reflection and summary and keep selfadjustments and improvements.Among the various of Agile methods,Scrum is themost famous and widely used one.Scrum is a kind of practical framework of agilemanagement,it only defines the management process in high level information systemdevelopment,but does not involve the specific development methods or effectivecommunication skills of personnel,etc..The background and significance of the research is expounded in this dissertation.It carries on the induction and the summary to the domestic and foreign research inthe present conditions.And the relevant theories of Scrum development method aresummarized,including agile project management overview and Scrum methoddefinition.The characteristics and the superiority of Scrum and its application weredescribed.Through practice on a Scrum project description,the dissertationintroduces how to apply the Scrum method for software project management anddevelopment.Combined with the theory of project management and comparing thetraditional model to the agile model project management,the dissertation willanalysis the problems existed in M project under traditional management mode,including organization structure,process management,schedule management,procedure management and quality management.Finally,it demonstrates andanalyzes the adoption of Scrum in software project and the impact of it.The results ofthis paper can provide reference for the software project that is about to use or isusing Scrum method.
