| As a software service provider mainly engaged in serving overseas financial institutions,company A still mainly uses the traditional waterfall development management mode.When entering a new country or region,due to the lack of policies,experience and product accumulation of relevant countries and regions,the Projects often face situations where requirements are unclear and difficult to determine.In addition,the traditional waterfall development mode is progressive layer by layer,and the snowball effect caused by multiple changes in demand is difficult to control,resulting in problems such as unable to control the progress,substandard quality,customers and project team both feel that half the effort with half the effort,poor team atmosphere and so on.Facing many problems brought by waterfall development,this thesis mainly illustrate to build scrum agile improvement scheme that enhances the project delivery ability and influence of company A,harmonizes the team atmosphere and customer relationship.Firstly,through the methods of literature retrieval,case analysis and comparative analysis,this thesis mainly illustrates the theory of waterfall and scrum agile software project management,and analyzes the current situation existing construction scheme of first phase of the U project of company A,unreasonable team structure,insufficient demand management and control Poor code quality and many bugs.Then,taking the 3345 methodology of Scrum framework as evidence,this thesis states that due to the adjustment of team organization and construction scheme,the supplement of personnel gap,the improvement of demand management,R&D activities,quality management and communication mechanismt,improvement scheme is put forward.Finally,through verification of second phase of the U project,the improvement scheme achieves the satisfactory effect of controlling the production bug rate during the second phase of the u project,as well as improves satisfaction of customer,achievement of team members,development efficiency and market competitiveness. |
