| Company Q is a small and medium-sized software outsourcing company in Shandong,which has been engaged in software outsourcing services for many years.In recent years,the company’s software outsourcing orders are mostly mobile software products,and its software project management mode mainly adopts waterfall development mode.For mobile software products,the user experience standards are getting higher and higher,and customer requirements are changing more and more frequently,and the waterfall development model adopted by Q Company is not good at handling frequent changes in customer requirements,resulting in slow project development progress.,product quality decreases and project costs increase.How to provide customers with software project products with high product quality and good user experience in a relatively short period of time is an urgent problem that the entire development department and even the entire Q company need to solve.This paper takes the project management process being used by Q company as the research object.In the process of software project management,the old waterfall development model is abandoned,and the Scrum agile method model which integrates the Kano model concept is adopted.Firstly,by consulting a large number of documents and materials,it systematically studies the software project management process,the ideas and theories of agile methods,the implementation process of Scrum development method and Kano requirements analysis model,and summarizes them.Then,it analyzes and researches the problems existing in the software project management process of Q company,accurately obtains the functional requirements of the mobile software project through the Kano model questionnaire,and optimizes and improves the organizational structure,development process and schedule management of the mobile software project through the Scrum method..A project management process more suitable for Company Q has been formed.Finally,taking the kindergarten software of company Q as an example,the Scrum method was introduced and practiced,the improvement measures were detailed,and the effect after improvement was evaluated.The Scrum agile method that integrates the Kano model has a very important guiding role in the management of the mobile software project of Q Company.Through the Scrum agile method,the development efficiency of the software R&D team can be improved,the quality of software products can be improved,the product delivery cycle can be shortened,and customer satisfaction can be increased.And improve the competitiveness of the product market,break the "departmental wall" barriers between various functional departments,and enhance the confidence and cohesion of the software R&D team.The research results of this paper can also provide some theoretical support and technical reference for enterprises that are using Scrum method and intending to turn to Scrum method. |
