Research On Process Management Of A Company’s Software Product Development Based On Scrum Agile Development

Company A is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the application and innovation of information technology.In the context of the rapid development of the Internet and continuous technological change and innovation,facing the increasingly complex market environment,how to gain advantages in the fierce market competition has become a major challenge that company leaders must face.Only through systematic and scientific new product development management and scientific and reasonable product development management methods can effectively improve the efficiency of product development of enterprises,so as to seize the market opportunities.Aiming at the potential problems in the software project R&D management of A company,this paper makes an in-depth analysis.On the basis of in-depth analysis of these problems,the paper puts forward some solutions and suggestions.First of all,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current research status of Scrum agile development at home and abroad,and elaborates the theoretical concepts closely related to project management and agile development.Secondly,a survey is conducted to screen the company’s expert representatives and collect several questions related to the company’s current R&D management.According to these problems,the corresponding solutions are proposed,so as to establish a relatively complete agile project development management system.Then,the analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to evaluate the weight and consistency of the problems found.Then,according to the above results,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Finally,the Scrum theoretical framework and principles are applied to develop and implement Scrum methods for the internal promotion and implementation projects of Company A,so as to formulate targeted optimization strategies.In response to changing needs,a product quality software has been developed and an efficient communication team has been established to ensure that we can respond to and meet our customers’ requirements in a timely manner.Based on the analysis and research of A large amount of data,this paper provides a targeted solution for company A to help it overcome the current dilemma and create more product value,and also provides a new solution for those enterprises that have been frustrated in the path of Scrum optimization.Through the above work,it is hoped that more enterprises can benefit from the convenient production process and flexible and efficient development methods brought by Scrum,so that they can focus more on the core competitiveness of their business and improve their overall competitiveness.
