| Company H is committed to researching weather informatization software for many years,specializing in weather software development,weather informatization services,and supplying a variety of excellent informatization products for China’s meteorological and related departments.In recent years,with the continuous development and innovation of meteorological technology,as well as the emergence and use of new technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,the needs of meteorological informatization software development projects are no longer as mature and stable as traditional software development projects,but show the characteristics of flexible and variable project needs.This poses a huge challenge to Company H,which is using the traditional waterfall software project process management model to manage the project process,and is already experiencing problems such as project schedule delays,software quality that cannot be effectively controlled due to the inability to respond quickly to changes in project requirements.How to optimize the project process management to respond to the rapid change of project requirements and solve the emerged project process management problems is an urgent issue for Company H and many similar companies.Agile development method is designed to accommodate to frequent alternation in project demands through rapid iteration,and the Scrum agile method is one of the most widely used and mature project process management frameworks.Based on agile thinking and Scrum agile method,this paper identifies the problems,analyzes the problems,and proposes a set of optimization solutions for project process management based on the current situation of project process management in Company H.Finally,the implementation of the optimization solutions verifies that this study has achieved the optimization of project process management.In order to solve the current problems of project process management in Company H,firstly,we conducted a systematic and in-depth research on software project management,software project process management,agile development ideas and theories,and Scrum agile methods by reviewing a large amount of data and literature,so as to obtain the theoretical foundation.Secondly,the problems in the existing project process management of Company H are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively to identify the problems and clarify the direction of optimization.Then,based on the identified problems,an optimization plan is proposed with the guidance of agile development theory and Scrum agile method.Finally,this paper implements the optimization plan and evaluates the effect of the implementation,using Project Y Phase II as a case study.To sum up,this paper optimizes and improves the project process management of Company H based on the Scrum Agile method to solve the current project process management problems of Company H to the greatest extent.The implementation of the optimization solution has improved the project’s adaptability to requirement changes,enhanced the productivity of software development,ensured the progress and quality of the project,and thus The economic benefits have been greatly improved,laying a solid foundation for the company’s sound development and providing a model for similar companies. |
