| With the development of information technology,the demand changes more frequently in the process of IT project software development.If enterprises want to adapt to the changing needs of customers and take the lead in the fierce competitive industry environment,they must realize the rapid delivery of customer value,which puts forward higher requirements for software project management.In the last decade of the 20th century,agile software development has received much attention in the field of software development.From the point of view of software development capability,it can meet the requirements of rapid changes in the system.In the past 20 years of the 21 st century,agile development has occupied an important position in IT projects of large companies such as Ali and Huawei,and the theory of agile project management has been well developed.But when some small and medium-sized companies try to make agile transition,they encounter various obstacles and fail to meet expectations.F company is a high-tech enterprise controlled by a state-owned enterprise.It is committed to water informatization and wisdom.70%of the company's revenue comes from IT projects.With the change of external environment,the IT project delivery of F company is facing the dilemma of inefficient delivery.The top management of F company intends to introduce agile development methodology into the project management process of software department.Starting from the current situation of F company's software project management and based on SCUM framework,this research improves the organization structure and life cycle management process of F company's software project,so as to create better quality software products for customers,obtain higher customer satisfaction,create better customer value,and effectively solve F company's current software projects.Delivery dilemma.The main research process of this study:Firstly,a large number of existing literature and data are analyzed,the characteristics and management difficulties of software projects are sorted out,and the process of agile development and various agile development methods are discussed.Through comparative analysis,the SCRUM framework and its composition are studied,which lays a theoretical foundation for the improvement of agile project management in F company.Secondly,it analyses the current situation of software project management of F company and its problems in project organizational structure and life cycle management,explores the solutions to the problems,and clarifies the research scope of the improvement of software management of F company.Finally,based on SCRUM framework,the application scheme of agile project management for F company's software project is designed from two aspects of agile organization and agile development process.The two aspects are verified by case project practice,and the effect of case implementation is evaluated.Agile project management based on SCRUM method has important practical significance in the successful implementation of F company.Through this research,agile values are introduced into the management process of F company.With the implementation of several agile projects,agile organizational culture will be formed at all levels of F company,laying the foundation for further improvement of project management process.F company's software project agile organization and agile development process have the characteristics of continuous improvement,which can adapt to the changes of external environment,and can promote the continuous improvement of F company's software project management process."Iterative Development,Incremental Delivery,Continuous Improvement" agile development process can help F company create better quality software products,create better customer value,and obtain higher customer satisfaction.This set of ideas for the creation of agile project management method can provide reference for other enterprises of the same type to carry out agile transformation. |
