Development And Management Of Small Game Software Based On Agile Development Model

With the continuous development of computer technology,software projects have gradually evolved from simple logic structure,single implementation content and technology to a multi-industry,complex demand,integration of multiple technologies and fierce market competition.How to quickly respond to the changing demands in the fierce market competition and deliver user satisfaction and high quality software products has become a key factor affecting the success of software projects.As a result,higher requirements are put forward for software project management,and a lightweight methodological "agile"emerges as the times require.Based on the agile method,the values and principles of enabling software development teams to work quickly and respond to changes are put forward for the current situation of enterprises.Agile methods emphasize people-oriented,focus on delivering valuable software to customers,use an iterative approach to incremental development in a highly collaborative development environment,often use feedback to think,reflect and summarize,and constantly self-adjust and improve.Scrum is one of the most famous and widely used methods.Scrum is a practical framework of agile management.It only defines the management process of high-level information system development projects,and does not involve specific development methods or effective communication skills of personnel.This paper expounds the research background and significance,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and summarizes the related theories of Scrum agile development method,including the overview of agile development project management,and elaborates the definition,characteristics and advantages of Scrum method and its application.Through a practical description of a real ScruM game proj ect,it introduces how to deal with it.Scrum method is used for software project management and development.On the basis of this project,combining with the theory of project management,this paper compares the difference between traditional mode and agile mode,and analyses the problems of traditional management mode of M game project:problems in organizational structure;problems in development process;problems in progress management of software project;problems in process management of software project development;and problems in quality management of software development project.Finally,it demonstrates and analyses the advantages of Scrum in employee motivation,organizational structure innovation,communication management and risk control in software project management,and also analyses the limitations of Scrum in the project.The research results of this paper can provide references for software projects that are about to or are using Scrum method.
