Application Of SCRUM Agile Method In Software Project

With the rapid development of information technology,influenced by Internet technology tide,in order to explore new market opportunities and create more economic value,increasing enterprises transform enterprise development strategy in succession.T is a small internet startup.As business of the company is transformed from mode of To C to To B,its business size and volume are expanding.The waterfall development model adopted by the company has been unable to meet the current market competition environment.How to deliver products that satisfy customers in a short time?It has been a very urgent problem.Taking the Dashboard project of T company as the research object,this paper analyzes disadvantages of waterfall development model,points out the problems existing in project requirement management,quality management,schedule management,and meeting system meeting system,etc.Then,guided by the Scrum theory,this paper puts forward the improvement measures to form the project management process which is more suitable for T company.Lastly,the Scrum framework is introduced in the development iteration of Dashboard project to implement the improvement measures are.And the effect evaluation is given in this paper.Generally speaking,the adoption of Scrum method by T Company is of great significance to the improvement of Dashboard project.The core of the Scrum approach is to embrace change,respond quickly,and ensure that the products delivered meet the real needs of the customer.T Company has not only improved the work efficiency of the development team,but also improved customer satisfaction with the products and confidence in the company after changing the software project management model.
