Research On The Application Of Agile Development Mode In Software Quality Management

This paper adopts the Scrum process in the agile management method to improve the existing software project management problems of company J and study the agile project implementation process.Firstly,the background and research status at home and abroad are revealed,then the traditional software project management methods are analyzed,then the agile method theory and Scrum method are elaborated,and then-the roles,development process and meetings in Scrum method are introduced in detail,and then the similarities and differences between them are analyzed to show the advantages of switching to agile.After the introduction of agile,by analyzing the current situation of software management in company J,the existing problems are analyzed.Then,I adopted the Scrum guiding method,adopted the Scrum method to improve the problems found,and made a certain degree of innovation for the popular Scrum method.Finally,I analyzed the transformed Scrum process in detail,summarized the experience andlessons,drew the conclusion of agile success,and expected a more scientific and efficient application in the future.Through the research of Scrum method in this paper,it is expected that many small and medium-sized software enterprises that need agile will play a guiding and enlightening role.
