Research On Software Project Management Optimization Of D Company Based On Agile Development With Scrum

With the rapid development of Internet industry,the market competition of software enterprises is increasingly fierce.The innovation and diversity of user demand have put forward higher requirements for software enterprises and software products.Responding to market requirements quickly and launching competitive software products is one of the ways for enterprises to take the lead.Company D is a start-up and medium-sized software company,whose main business is to provide cross-border payment platform projects for some e-commerce enterprises.Waterfall model is the main software project management method adopted by Company D.Unclear customer demand,frequent change of demand and less interaction with customers are main shortcomings of this model.With the increasing scale and quantity of projects,problems occur frequently in the development process.Agile project management is a lightweight project development model proposed later than waterfall model.Scrum agile development is the most widely used agile development framework.Its development concept of rapid iteration and small steps is different from the traditional waterfall model,which is more suitable for software project management with small scale and frequent demand changes.Its iterative and incremental development mode can improve the efficiency of software development,obtain customer feedback through frequent delivery,and develop products that better meet customer and market needs.Agile project management mode has been introduced by many large software companies,such as Baidu,Ali,Tencent.However,it is less used in medium-sized enterprises that are newly established.The purpose of this study is to put forward a set of agile development model suitable for start-up small and medium-sized enterprises through the study of agile development mode and combined with the operating status of D Company.By optimizing the development process of small and medium-sized enterprises to enhance their development ability,and at the same time to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the research of the theoretical system of agile project management and the problems existing in the existing project management process of D company,this thesis proposes the feasibility of introducing Scrum agile development to start-up small enterprises.Through face-to-face interviews,Delphi expert questionnaires and other methods,this research collects and analyzes the problems existing in D company’s software project management,and then combines agile project management methods and theories to propose optimization in the requirements analysis stage,R&D stage,and testing stage.plan.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme in company D,this thesis constructs a series of implementation safeguards.Finally,taking the M software project of company D as an example,used to implement the optimization scheme and evaluate the implementation effect.The implementation results prove that agile project management can effectively improve the problems existing in the current project management mode of small and medium-sized enterprises.To sum up,this thesis optimizes D company’s software project management process based on agile development,in accordance with the enterprise scale and the characteristics of the software project,effectively solves the problems existing in the current project management mode of Company D.The implementation of the optimization scheme improves the controllable degree,delivery time and customer satisfaction of the project,and further verifies the practical feasibility of agile project management in small and medium-sized enterprises.This research can provide a reference example for small and medium-sized software companies of the same type.
