With the rapid development of information technology,network technology and computer technology,more and more businesses need to be processed by enterprises and the amount of information increases accordingly.The human resource management of power supply companies is managed through the existing enterprise ERP,although it has been realized informatization,but for power supply companies,many functions are inconsistent with the actual business of the company,especially the human capital management module,the process and functions are complex,but in the actual human capital management process,there is no such complex process and business.Through the ERP system to manage human capital,it makes simple things more complicated,which increases the workload for the human resource management staff of the company and reduces the management efficiency.The objective of this article is to complete the design and implementation of the Yingkou power supply company human resource management system.Firstly,it analyzes the background and meaning of the research,the status of human resource management and the existing business requirements.It analyzes the requirements of the department management,staff management,rewards and punishment management,salary management,training management,recruitment management,report management and system management through use case diagrams,and then it performs the system integration requirements analysis,security requirements analysis,feasibility requirement analysis,and non-functional requirements analysis.In the design phase,it mainly completes the overall architecture design,technical conceptual model,the overall function and structure design,database design,system function design,integrated design in detail and system safety design.During the implementation phase,it mainly introduces through the J2 EE as platform,JAVA as development language,MySQL as database to realize the system development work,it introduces the realization of the function of each main page as well as the core code,after that,it tests the system,it determines the system test purpose,time arrangement,test content,then summarizes the result of the test and analyzes it,finally it determines that the system meet the demand of users,could be put into use.The implementation of the Yingkou power supply company human resources management system.It realizes the information sharing between different departments,makes the original complicated operation simple,meets the business needs of power supply company human resources management,and improves the work efficiency of human resources management.It simplifies,standardizes and standardizes the business process of human resource management,reduces the cost of human resource management in enterprises,reduces the burden of employees by using information management tools,and truly realizes the sharing of human resource information...
