Most current corporate existence of the phenomenon of the lack of human resources, companies cannot rational allocation of human resources. The main objective of the present study is to solve the problems existing in the case of good corporate human resource management, to be a good solution to these problems, we need to achieve enterprise information management, so not only can accelerate the operational efficiency of human resource management, corporate human resources management level will be greatly improved.First, this paper introduces the project background and human resource management system similar research and application of the system, the system needs to solve the problem described. Functional analysis and data analysis systems from the following six areas:sector management, recruitment information management, training management, payroll performance information management, personnel management, and report management, the realization of business recruitment, training and employee scientific management. Gives the business flow chart system, data flow diagrams, entity attributes using the diagram, the content of the final research paper summarized, the paper points out the shortcomings exist, and the system can be made to improve the presentation of some personal thoughts.After running through the system, companies can timely and accurate data to master the daily work of the staff, greatly reducing the intensity of the work, improve work efficiency, to keep the department’s staff working condition, after completion of the basic design of the system in line with the human resources management The actual work requirements, easy to operate, easy to achieve the desired goal of human resource management efficiency is greatly improved.
