Beijing Xinhai Sheng Co. has greatly developed in recent years. The increasing size of company’s business as well as the climbing number of staffs causes a primary problem to be solved in how to rationally allocate staff and improve company’s human resource utilization.The former human resource system which is based on the existing human resources management programs cannot meet the needs of company’s development.So a new human resources management program is raised to build a human resources management system in Beijing Xinhaisheng Co. This system provides a comprehensive human resource management function and a scientific decision for the allocation of the company.A detailed introduction to Beijing Xinhaisheng Co.’s design and development work is done in this paper. An intensive study of system’s requirements analysis, overall design, detailed design and system testing is carried out. Corresponding explanations for development and design background and motivation for the system are conducted before system’s developing. In the process of developing the system, we use UML unified modeling language to describe system’s dynamic and static process of modeling.J2EE development platform and SpringMVC design patterns are used in the B/S structure-based system. MySql database is also used in the management of data storage.Human resources management system in Beijing Xinhaisheng Co. provides a fast and efficient processing for company’s human resources management work which also provides scientific organization and safe storage for human resource files. Organizational management, personnel management, attendance management, compensation social security and report statistics are provided in the system according to the latest human resource management programs. Organization management function includes establishment, adjustment and revocation of organizational structure.Personnel management provides functions of comprehensive employee information organization management and contract management. Attendance management includes statistical and analysis of attendance data by company’s staffs. Salary social security provides statistics and process for configuration and salary payment of Beijing Xinhaisheng Co.’s employees.Excellent operating results are recieved after the running of the system which reaches the expecting development target. The system provides a powerful processing support for Beijing Xinhaisheng Company human resources management which is able to offer scientific personnel management programs. At the same time, the system will ensure a stable and efficient work for a long time. The friendly user interface as well as its advantages greatly improves work efficiency which wins users’high recognitions.
