After Z company's successful listing,it has gradually developed into a large-scale,diversified and multi organizational structure enterprise.Originally,it was too single and popular human resource management system to meet the development needs of listed companies.Moreover,some standardized commercial software on the market is also difficult to solve the individual business needs of enterprises.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on Z company's post listing development status and employee information group Chenghe welfare and other business processes and needs analysis to develop a practical human resources management system.The development and implementation of this system can let users get rid of all kinds of tedious daily work,improve work efficiency,avoid unnecessary occupation of working time,and at the same time,let the company's management get more and more powerful basis for decision-making,and lay a solid foundation for the company's strategic planning and construction.This paper focuses on the business characteristics of human resource management(HRM)of listed companies,based on the analysis of the current situation of human resource management systems at home and abroad,according to the conclusions of HRM business site investigation of Z company,and in accordance with the requirements of human resource management system of Z company,complete the comprehensive and effective business process arrangement and function case analysis;in accordance with the specific application requirements,complete the system logic /function architecture and network expansion in detail Based on the reasonable division of the system function modules,the detailed design and database design are carried out for the management modules of personnel,organization,recruitment,training,salary,etc.at the same time,all the modules required for the business are realized.With the development,design and effective implementation of the system,the HRM level of the company can be greatly enhanced,so that the company and employees can get better service experience.This system has excellent performance.On the one hand,it can solve the current needs of the enterprise,on the other hand,it can meet the development needs of the follow-up long-term,so as to show a good guiding role in the HRM information development stage of major companies.Both the research significance and market potential are very significant.
