Along with the enterprise scale of China's development and internal structure adjustment,human resources management and standardize the management of the company,improve the company's staff level,human resources to play the greatest value,deployment,training and selection of personnel,and transportation is an important content for the company human resources management science.With the company of division of labor and promote the continuous extension of company structure,human resources management has brought enormous pressure to the company's human resources department,on the one hand to the staff recruitment,work division,daily inspection,assessment,training,unified management,on the other hand also work on the staff of the specification,so that it can be ordered in accordance with company procedures,and staff work ability,work attitude,job demand and job satisfaction to make objective assessment,so the company human resources management should not only do the talent management,to achieve management and evaluation work.Work in the enterprise oriented Internet information and modern office extended gradually applied to various departments under the opportunity,build human resources management system of the Internet company based on the company's human resource management is to solve the difficult work,work process is not standardized,effective means of administrative supervision is not smooth,also help push talents,an important method to establish benign talent the mechanism of the.The feasibility of building application and operation of human resource management system based on the Internet company with the actual,from the view of software development,the efficiency of system development,system security,system expansibility and maintainability of the system is the key of company human resource management system,so this paper combined with the study of knowledge,MVC the three layer software development model is introduced to the construction company human resource management system,using mature software development framework,system module design,the model,view and control of hierarchical processing,combined with the J2 EE platform SSH frame structure to achieve the MVC architecture design company human resource management system based on.According to the company's human resources management division of the system function requirement analysis,including employee information management,organization management,employee management,employee training management division,staff appraisal management,recruitment management system and safety management of seven modules,respectively,flow and interface class,sequence diagram,entity relation and database design of the system the function module,through the realization of the function of encoding.To complete the system design and implementation,the system function and the performance of the two aspects of the test,proved the completeness and practicability of the system,can provide a good software application services for unified management of human resources management specification.
