Liaoning Distribution Group & Company achieved transformation on December31, 2004. It has been changed institution into enterprise group. The change of the system will lead to hypostatic transformation of the management mechanism , operation mechanism, organization and human resource management. The new system and mechanism put new higher request of the human resource management, especially salary management before us. The purpose of the dissertation is in order to try to design a feasible salary management project for Liaoning Distribution Group & Company Salary.The modern business enterprise salary system has very important meaning to human resource management, it is one of the core problems of modern human resource management and the important way to realizes humanitarian management. If the salary system of the business enterprise has not good salary management project, the management of the humanitarian management will be noneffective. On the contrary, a valid salary management will easily solved many problems of humanitarian management. According to salary management theories of modern business enterprise and the development strategy programming of Liaoning Distribution Group & Company, the dissertation analyzed completely the present situation of salary management of Liaoning Distribution Group & Company, and put forward a total solution, focus study on economic salary, design a set of 3p combined wages management mode, and designed basic frame of bonus assignment and self service welfare plans in order to fully developed the salary prompting function, arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of the workers, raise working efficiency of the whole human resource, try to lay a foundation for establishing modern business enterprise human resource management system and modern business enterprise system.The dissertation put forward the purpose and meaning of the salary management, then according to the modern salary management theories, works out the project of salary management, finally puts forward the guarantee measures.
