As the pressure of domestic employment gradually increased, the state issues manypolicies to help college students and other social worker find their favorite work favorably.The traditional manual way to manage hiring work becomes increasingly strong discomfort need. Using information technology to complete works of human resource management,employee hiring and hiring audit is a very popular and new type management method. This method effectively reduces the labor intensity of jobs and hiring manager. It enhances the work quality of human resource management and employee invite management.Branch of the company is a wholly state-owned enterprises in Urumqi high tech Zone,the company is a real Torch Hotel, four star hotel, mainly engaged in high star hotel management business. The background of this dissertation is open invite and human resource management of Xing Jiang high-tech zone credit company. It applies ASP.NET, ADO.NET and SQL Server 2008 complete the design and implementation of system. The dissertation analyses and compares the research status of human resource and invite management system at home and aboard firstly. Then it uses the object-oriented method and UML completes requirement analysis of human resource and invite management system for high-tech zone credit company. It uses function use case diagram describe the procedure of system function requirement analysis. It uses role use case diagram analyses describe the procedure of role requirement. Meanwhile, it analyses the non-function requirement of system. In the phase of system design, it describes system design through system architecture diagram, function module diagram and database table structure. In the phase of system implementation, it uses system key interface and program flow diagram describe the procedure of implementation. In the phase of system test, it analyses system testing procedure and results.The system realizes system setting, staff management, attendance management, salary management, recruitment management and data query module etc. After a period of system running, the system shows better performance and can satisfy the user's actual needs in the aspect of function.
