| With the rapid development of society, the competition between enterprises becomesmore and more fierce, human resources has gradually become the most valuable resource inthe enterprises and institutions, which is the key important support for the sustained and rapiddevelopment of the enterprise and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises as well. In thehuman resource management, salary management is one of the most important part of thisdomain.Combining personnel salary management with the development of a set of convenientand efficient management system of modern computer technology, contributes a lot to themanagement of human resources staff free from tedious mechanical work, providing themmuch more valuable time to do more important work.Salary management system described in this paper uses the mature J2EE technology asthe main framework of WEB development, using MVC three layer structure as the designpattern of the system, using Apache Tomcat6.0as the WEB server, the background databaseuses Microsoft SQL Server2005. Integrated development environment Eclipse for Java EE isselected as the main development tool to edit JSP and Java file. In this paper, combining withthe personnel organization situation of gangue power plant,I designed and implemented asalary management system. The main function of the system includes personnel management,payroll management and user management, greatly enhance the enterprise personnelmanagement efficiency.This paper mainly for the following thiree parts of the work:1) According to the research background and the significance of the study in detail,introduces the research status of this topic, provides a general description of the main work ofthe paper and organization structure;Analysis of the related theory and technology, deeplyintroduces the organization structure and data model, from the theoretical level for theselection of the data model of the gangue power plant salary management system are analyzedin detail, introduces and in-depth analysis of the J2EE technology, the advantage ofobject-oriented programming thinking, the B/S architecture and MVC design ideas are brieflydescribed; 2) Analyse the human resources management system business needs by the commonmethod, then analyse the system demand in function, and combining with the data flow chartto describe system behavior;3) Based on the foundation of the demand analyses, in-depth analysis of the frame designand database design of the salary management system, and has carried on the detailed analysisand design for each function module; the system adopts the technical means of integrationtesting and unit testing to do each function test, found the system bugs and timely repaired. |
