With the development of China's large passenger aircraft C919 project started,Chinese COMAC Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.as the main manufacturer will load important manufacture tasks.The popular word in aviation manufacturing industry is,"made aircraft is made tooling".It follows that,in the entire aircraft manufacturing sector,the tooling play a key role.As a key part of the aircraft manufacturing,the tooling status is manual,paper-based archived,low productivity.In order to enhance the tooling's design process,in order to speed up the tooling's data transfer speed in each unit,the tooling data from design to manufacturing will achieve informatization in a short time.After the implementation of information technology for tooling,the tooling data on the network platform will be conveniently inquired,the information data will improve the efficiency to track multiple company's projects,greatly reducing the cost of the company's expenses.Based on the tooling process from design to manufacturing,the current problems,the digital as the means to reduce the time of tooling data from design to manufacturing is the main target,to finish the business processes of the tooling information on all aspects,to confirm the business needs of the need to implement function modules,to design the overall framework of the tooling data management system,to figure out all functions of each module.To establish the tooling data management system of ORACLE database,in the J2EE-based B/S structure,it can manage the tooling order,the tooling data,the production control,the tooling data change,the company will be implemented.So this article studied the MBD(Model Based Definition technology-based model definition)as the key technology and the web service system integration technology,will systematically implement.By implementing MBD technology,the three-dimensional digitized will be widely used.The production definition,manufacturing technology and data applications will through a three-dimensional digitized display by MBD,we will run into the real era of MBD.The web service integration technologies of PDM system and MES system will be applied.Service,Transport and Invoker three levels of interface technologies on the architecture,will implement sequentially from a static architecture foundation,external IO processing system,and dynamic invocation layer implementation.The implement of the tooling data management system,from cost control and management,the aircraft manufacturing companies in Shanghai is a great change and challenge,disruptively changes in the past paper application,the case of paper circulation.By the PDM and MES systems' management integration,sorting out and realizing existed data flows and the business implement.The tooling data changes from development and design,tooling information to deliver,tooling circulation of information,these processes are managed and controlled by tooling data management system.To improve execution speed and management efficiency of the site has a strong practical significance and meaning.
