"How to speedly improve the mass production capabitity of weapon system development based on existing producting condition"is becoming an important strategy in national defense science and technology industry."Rapid proliferative manufacture technology of weapon system development"is proposed by our group and sponsored by National Defense Basic Sicentific Research Project funding. Through using the proposed technology along with network and digital technology, the intermediate link of traditional outsourcing is simplified, and the scientificity of management for collaborative production and outsourcing is enhanced. Rapid proliferative manufacture utilizes the exterior manufacture resources just like the corporation's interior partment and is an excellent network pattern adapting the military industry tightly-coupled production. Under the pattern, the mass production capability of weapon system development is ensured and the foundations for military industry"flexible and modular"production are made.The contents of this paper as one important part of the abovementioned project mainly study and implement the functions of manufacture data release, manufacture data management, manufacture data scurity, and manufacture data integration so on. The detailed research contents are given as follows:Firstly, the necessity and signification of rapid proliferative manufacture technonolgy is brought forward. Traditional exterior manufacture pattern is comparatively analyzed with the advanced outside manufacture data management mode and relative platform based on network. Secondly, based on the rapid proliferative manufacture principle, data workflow, data integrated management frame, function modules and relevant key technologies for rapid proliferative manufacture are provided. Thirdly, Rapid Proliferative Manufacture Data Management Model for defining uniform data structure is studied. An integrated management pattern of rapid proliferative manufacture data is provided for constructing data management object model. XML expression of proliferative manufacture data model which is the realization of proliferative manufacture data model is given. And the realization of exchange for the XML and the heterogeneous database is used for storage the proliferative manufacture data model. And then, the encryption module of the system and integrated data management interface of the system are designed. Lastly, the system architecture is studied for the system development, and the prototype of integrated data management system for rapid proliferative manufacture is developed combining with the requirements of the corporation.
