Research And Implement Of Tooling Management System Faced To Life Cylce

The tooling design and management take great importance on aircraft product's quality and manufacturing efficiency in each aviation enterprise. The application of modern information and network technics in a Aircraft Co.ltd's(abbreviation X company) tooling management can not only effectively improve the product data sharing and exchange capacity, but also can support multi-mission, multi-user parallel team work, and have very great importance on improving the quality and efficiency of aviation enterprise.In this paper, firstly, the tooling management condition of internal and oversea aviation enterprise are analyzed, then the basic theory and methods of life cycle management are introduced. Subjected to a Aircraft Company Co.ltd(abbreviation X company)'s tooling manufacturing features and requirements, this paper gives the function and structure of tooling life cycle management system based on the analysis of work routing , and several key technic problem of tooling life cycle management system are reaserched. In right management mechanism, the model based on actor is selected and designed taking into account the properties of X company, database connection pool technic is appled to improve the access efficiency, the related database dictionaly and database table are designed; work routine technic is applied to control tooling development, and tooling design model is constructed based on template.Based on above research result, with the application of Domino,SQL Server2000, Websphere software, J2EE platform, and database connection pool, JDBC technic, the Tooling Life Cycle Management System(abbrevation Tooling Management system) based on lifecycle technic is devoleped and come true. This system takes good effect on X company's application.
