In today’s era of economic lobalization, a large number of small and mediumenterprises emerge and develop rapidly, which play a important role in the development ofChina’s socialist construction. Due to the limit of the domestic and internationalenvironment and all aspects of their conditions, the survival and development of small andmedium-sized enterprises are also facing many trials. The vast majority of small andmedium-sized enterprises have realized the huge gap of the traditional management modeand the operating mode of the enterprise information transformation in modern businessmodel. The applications of MES system greatly improve SME workshop informationmanagement level and achieve the coordination and rational management between eachmodule in the underlying system. In Modules of the MES system, human resourcemanagement module has an extremely important role,reasonable optimal allocation ofhuman resources can effectively improve the efficiency of human resources, mobilize staffenthusiasm for work, and reduce labor costs. Tooling as a basis for corporate product designand manufacturing, effective management of the tooling material resources information,reasonable control of tooling inventory, better able to achieve a balanced production,improve manufacturing efficiency and quality and reduce production costs, which has avery important significance in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. Thispaper,based on Shandong Yanzhou Jincheng Hongda Machinery Co. Ltd.,efers to theresearch on the MES system of human resource management module and toolingmanagement module in small and medium-sized enterprises.First of all, according to business needs and based on detailed research, we designbusiness processes in line with the characteristics of the company. Secondly,through theHuman Resources management module and tooling management module data flowanalysis,we design a system corresponding to the function module.Thirdly, we finish theresearch and design of the structure of the enterprise management software,including thelogical structure of the management software, enterprise network deployment and database design. Finally, on the basis of the previous study, we complete the development of humanresources management and tooling management system.Shandong Machinery Co., Ltd. is a typical representative of China’s small andmedium-sized enterprises. In this paper, the system function design and architecture hassome versatility, which can provide a useful reference for our small and medium-sizedenterprises to implement information management.
