With the start of the aircraft C919project, the Commercial Aircraft Corporation ofChina(COMAC) as the main manufacturer will face the heavy tooling production tasks,as a critical part of the aircraft manufacturer, it must produce high quality and advancedtooling in a short period of time.Tooling manufacturing is typical of discretemanufacturing enterprises, multi-project and small batch production mode, the number ofprojects of varying types and varieties, production equipment common in the productionprocess,at the same time each project has multiple processes, each process of productionneed to track,large amount of data need to collect, production organization difficult, thetooling workshop management in the SAMC is the traditional handmade paperproduction management, personnel demand, production organizational efficiency andlower production pressure. With the further advancement of information construction, theproduction of data on the network shared with convenience and fast tracking has obviouseffect on other projects in the company, improve production efficiency and reducemanagement costs of the project management.In the article, according to the characteristics and existing problems in toolingproduction process,we have improved the process of the tooling manfucuturing,madeclear the need of the team, and conducted the system design by the digital as a means, toshorten the production cycle of the product as the main target, with lean manufacturingconcept as the instruction.we have researched and developed a tooling manufacturingexecution system with the functions of the tooling production management as the core,with tooling task management, production planning and control, process informationinput, data collection, quality management, the system is based on J2EE B/S layeredarchitecture, using ORACLE parallel database, and the system is now using in workshop.Through the use of information technology in production management, make theworkshop production information can share in the platform, at the same time using thevisualization management methods, it’s convenient on the manager to control the entiremanufacturing project, improve the operation efficiency.
