Driven by the new generation of information technology,domestic and foreign manufacturing enterprises actively explore new production mode and resource integration mechanism,and try to realize the digital management of production process.Tooling is an important resource of auxiliary production and manufacturing.Its manufacturing and management conditions affect the product quality and production efficiency of enterprises,but it is also a link easy to be ignored in the enterprise information construction.The application of industrial Internet technology in tooling management can improve the ability of data sharing and interaction,support multi-task,multi-user collaborative work,and improve the management level and work efficiency of manufacturing enterprises.Based on the information project of an automobile air-conditioning clutch enterprise,this paper developed a set of tooling management system,which realized the information management of the whole life cycle of the enterprise tooling,such as request system,secondment,maintenance,repair,scrap,in and out of storage.The integration of the system into the enterprise MES system realizes the interconnection and data sharing with ERP and WMS platforms,solves the problem of confusion in tooling management,and improves the level of enterprise informatization.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)Study the requirement of tooling management.Based on the feedback information from the field survey,this paper analyzes the product type,product characteristics and tooling management status of the enterprise,then combs out the tooling management problems derived from the current production mode,and puts forward the development requirements of the tooling management system from three aspects of function,integration and performance.(2)The software architecture of tooling management system is designed,including function module,network structure,database definition,etc.in order to realize the management functions of tooling request,secondment,maintenance,repair,scrap,in and out of warehouse,personnel control,etc.(3)Two key technical problems in the implementation of tooling management system are studied.One is the problem of human rights management,which is based on RBAC0 control model.The second is the business process representation and operation.The workflow control technology based on Open Auth open source architecture is introduced to realize the business optimization flow from the initiation of tooling request system to the review and confirmation of the person in charge.(4)Complete the overall test of tooling management system.On the basis of routine function and performance test,the system experience test is further improved,and field test is carried out from three aspects of adaptability,fluency and sensibility of Web front-end to provide users with more close to the actual production operation mode and better operation experience.
