Aviation manufacturing industry is a strategic high-tech industry,which arranges intensive classification system,huge amount of components,great many shapes of the components and materials,complex internal structure,complex product configuration and uncertainty,frequently supplier coordination.In the industrial globalization,the major aircraft manufacturers are working on collaborative manufacturing model to carry out the design and manufacture of aircraft project,China's civil aircraft industry has applied the "main manufacturer-supplier" mode to organize their civil trunk line aircraft project.Based on this mode,it's significant to make all suppliers effectively as well as the collaborative research.It is extremely important to define the product delivered by the supplier to meet both the process design and assembly manufacturing requirements.In this paper,a supplier product delivery standard(SPS)system is developed to solve the existing issues on development of information construction supplier collaboration platform.SPS system realizes the management of production structure delivered by supplier as well as the final status of delivery.This system is one of the most important components of the digital co-development of large airliner platform.Firstly,based on product data management system and the analysis of SPS related businesses,business model of the supplier product delivery standard is established.Suppliers BOM(Bill of Material)and supplier product delivery standard are analyzed from both data structure and business management process,thereby the requirements of the system are defined.Then,the system architecture design is carried out from the perspective of module partition,technical structure and deployment view.The system is divided into four major components,which are basic management module,workflow module,SPSBOM refactor sub-system and SPS document management sub system.The basic management module is responsible for the system's basic data management,including user management,role management,and general interface.The workflow module is responsible for the SPS document's lifecycle and sing-off process management.SPSBOM refactor sub system is responsible for SPSBOM's tree structure and SPSBOM data management.SPS document management sub system realizes creation and revision of the SPS process file,and provides XML,PDF,HTML and other data views.This system is developed based on Struts 2.0,Hibernate 3.1 and Windchill.In this paper,the structure of two subsystems,as well as the class diagrams and sequence diagrams of core modules are given in detail.Finally,the system functions is tested,and also the performance testing is taken using LoadRunner.The test results show that the system can meet the business requirements,including revision,reconstruction and check-trial release of SPSBOM work packages,as well as creation of a revision SPS documents and sign-trial release process.The system supports 200 concurrent users and meets the next 3-5 year business development requirements which achieves construction goals.The construction and operation of this system lays a solid foundation for the development of unified trunk-line aircraft supplier collaborative platform.
