Study On Shenyang Aircraft Company Tooling PLM Information System

With the continuous application of information technology in the field of aviation,digitalization and informationization have been realized in the aviation product order,design,manufacture,repairment,regular check and so on.Tooling,as one of the important guaranteed resources in aviation products manufacturing,in the aspects of design and manufacturing management,has long been using the traditional manual book-entry means and has many problems like backward management,inaccurate information,cannot-be-shared design and technological resources.Tooling informationization is an important subject in the tool management,and is also one of the key to the rapid development of the management level of the aviation enterprise.In this paper,through analysis of present aviation enterprise tooling management situation home and abroad,based on equipment design and manufacturing process management of shenyang aircraft company,aiming at putting forward the system development needs,in order to build the PLM tooling system to meet the management needs of company.The system based on C/S and B/S hybrid architecture,used of J2 EE and CORBA technology,used of Oracle database as the system database.In order to ensure the effective connection process,implementation of cross-sectoral coordination,this paper focuses on tooling BOM data management to realize the system of data integrity,unity and sharing,to facilitate accurate tracking of each task from order to final delivery,maintenance as the whole process of tracking management,to facilitate information sharing and coodination of each unit in the company.Finally,according to the general requirements of tooling informationization construction,and the ideas and principles of information system building and design,to propose tooling information construction design principle,to put forward the detailed database construction plan,to study and design tooling PLM information system,and the final goal is to set up a rapid response of the tooling information system so to reduce the workload of tooling management,design,manufacturing,to make the tooling design and tooling manufacturing information seamless and provide decision-making based information management platform for the leader.The PLM system has had a comprehensive application in Shenyang Aircraft company,improved the enterprise's management level,made the management effective and data sharing.It improved the working efficiency of tooling design and tooling manufacturing.
