Building a customer-centric business development model has become the key for major commercial banks to proceed marketing.The number of customers owned by each bank has become an important criterion to measure whether a bank is successful in competition or not.Facing the current fierce market competition environment,it is necessary for banks to concentrate their business development on establishing a good relationship with customers if they want to remain invincible for a long time.Under the premise of maintaining existing customer resources,it is necessary to strive to expand new customer resources,provide customers with high-quality services,personalized and high-quality products,and excellent reputation,so as to construct a good image for customers.Therefore,the commercial relationship management system of a commercial bank mentioned in this paper can better meet the bank's demand for customer resource management and reduce the human,material and financial consumption of the bank in the process of customer management.In the design and implementation process of the system,the B/S-based four-layer structure was selected,and the ASP.NET technology and the UML object-oriented method were adopted for demand analysis and system design and implementation system,design and implement the system.The main functional modules of the system include customer management,marketing management,service management,basic data management,statistical management and authority management.This paper is divided into the following four aspects:1.This dissertation not only analyzed the application background and construction objectives of the system,but also conducted modeling analysis of the six functional modules of the system in the form of case diagram,besides,it proposed the system performance requirements;2.The contents of the overall design of the system are provided including overall framework design,software architecture design,network topology design,and the six functional modules of the system are designed in the form of package diagram,class diagram and sequence diagram.The system data is designed and the content of the system security design is provided.3.Firstly,the environment and system login module is realized.Then the implementation process of the six core function modules of the system is described,and the effect of the implementation is recorded in the form of screen-shots.Some core codes of the functional modules are given.;4.After the system has been realized,it was tested,which includes functional test and performance test.At present,the system has been officially launched,running stably.It provides data support for a commercial bank to maintain old customers,develop new customers,and excavate potential customers,and has achieved good economic benefits.
