With the development of finance, network technology has been widely applied to the development of customer relationship management system in modern banking enterprise. Hunan Wangcheng rural commercial bank customer relationship management system is used B/S architecture to design. In the B/S architecture model, Hunan Wangcheng rural commercial bank credit customer manager just install the browser and the corresponding operating system and network protocols can achieve the invocation and access data, all the system application software development, maintenance and upgrade and other related work in the server to run. In the use process of the system, a small amount of event logic is in the front-end implementation process things work of business logic set up in Hunan, Hunan Wangcheng rural commercial bank room server operation, calculation is reached, credit client to preview the results calculated by the browser.The goal of this paper is that through the development of Hunan Wangcheng rural commercial bank customer relationship management and implementation of the system to solve the original customer relationship management only rely on the experience of management, and no data to support the status quo system. Workflow engine is optimized through the system provided after work, achieve the process reengineering, and improve the work efficiency. The system has realized the core database of Hunan Wangcheng rural commercial bank credit business system and the original system of integrated service access.
